How can I purchase the product if I live outside of the province of Pichincha?

What type of shipping and handling do we use?
It is very important for the company that each and every customer be fully satisfied with the products that they receive; therefore, only trustworthy and serious road transportation is used to get the products to the customers wherever they may be.

What is the minimum quantity that can be bought at the factory?
Anything from one item can be bought at the factory. Large quantities are handled in our distribution department while smaller quantities are handled through our factory stores.

What are the terms of payment used for all types of purchases?
Two ways of payments are used: If the products are bought directly at the factory, cash is the only type of payment possible. If the products are bought from outside of the province of Pichincha, the customer is asked to deposit the amount of the purchase in our bank account. As soon as our bank confirms the deposit, the merchandise is shipped immediately to the customer.

What are the delivery delays on a purchase order?
One of our goals being to best serve the needs of our customers, a purchase order may take anywhere from 8 to 15 days to be completed and shipped. The delivery delays depend on the quantity ordered and product selected.

Does the company carry samples of each product?
Part of the company's strategy for complete customer satisfaction is acquainting the customer with the quality of all of our products. Hence, the company, prior purchase and upon request, provides the customer with samples of the products. As for designs and colours, we offer a complete variety of combinations.
We also have samples available for our "baby" line of products.


Does the company have stamped or jacquard designs in its line of products?
The designs of our products are basically striped or squared patterns. Our machinery doesn't allow us to manufacture jacquard designs (figure or flower motifs) for our products.

What are the conditions and terms of payment for export?
For export, normally the terms are settled in cash or direct payment; otherwise, if the payment is made in 30 or 60 days, a confirmed letter of credit is required.

What are the delivery delays on an export purchase order?
Our overseas customers are just as important to us as are our local customers. The normal delivery delay for an export order, depending on the quantities and the products ordered, varies between 4 and 6 weeks.

How are the products packed and presented for export?
The image of our company greatly depends on the presentation of our products. In order to enhance our image abroad, we package our products using the highest quality in polypropilene bags along with a photo presentation carrying all information regarding sizes and washing instructions.
Additionally, but for a higher price, we offer in the blanket line, except the baby blankets, a special quality packaging with zipper.

Can our products once manufactured be presented and packaged under your own company's name and trademark?
It is of no inconvenience for us to package and ship our line of products under your own company's name and trademark. However there are restrictions to be carefully followed as to the size of the photo presentation, and any inconvenience caused by this can be assumed cost-wise by PARIS QUITO S.A.

How are deliveries processed?
The export deliveries are shipped in containers of 20' and 40'. We also ship via air as long as the delivery does not exceed 30 cardboard boxes.
Each 20' container has the capacity of 132 cardboard boxes.
Each 40' container has the capacity of 264 cardboard boxes.
